REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
At Nuryal, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must provide your order number when contacting us.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please email us at hello@nuryal.com with the following information:
- Your full name
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to return your item.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@nuryal.com with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival. We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning
